We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll be helping customers find exactly what they want (and maybe a few things they didn't know they needed). No rigid, boring scripts here—we want your genuine personality and energy on the sales floor.

• Engage & Connect: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and guide them to products that fit their desires

• Keep It Beautiful: Maintain visual merchandising and keep the store clean and inviting.

• Drive Sales: Create your client list and keep them posted!

• Checkout & Cashiering: Ring up transactions accurately and efficiently on Square

• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to open/close the store and keep operations running smoothly.

What You Bring! • Personality: A friendly, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to help people.

• Experience: Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but notrequired—we will train the right person!

• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask when the store gets busy.

• Availability: Flexibility to work a retail schedule
